Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

• Morning: Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), Nairobi. Meet and greet by our safari representative.
• Transfer: Private transfer to your hotel for check-in and a short rest.
• Afternoon: Nairobi city tour including visits to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and the Giraffe Centre.
• Evening: Welcome dinner at Carnivore Restaurant.
• Overnight: Nairobi Serena Hotel or similar

Day 2: Nairobi to Masai Mara

• Morning: Breakfast at the hotel.
• Transfer: Depart Nairobi and drive to Masai Mara National Reserve (approx. 5-6 hours). Enjoy the scenic views along the way.
• Arrival: Check-in at your luxury tented camp/lodge.
• Lunch: At the camp/lodge.
• Afternoon: First game drive in the Masai Mara, searching for the Great Migration and other wildlife.
• Evening: Sundowner drinks followed by dinner.
• Overnight: Mara Serena Safari Lodge or similar

Day 3: Full Day in Masai Mara

• Early Morning: Optional hot air balloon safari over the Mara (extra cost).
• Morning: Breakfast followed by a full-day game drive with picnic lunch. Witness the wildebeest migration, predators in action, and other wildlife.
• Afternoon: Continue game drive or visit a Masai village to learn about the local culture.
• Evening: Return to camp for dinner.
• Overnight: Mara Serena Safari Lodge or similar

Day 4: Masai Mara

• Morning: Breakfast at the camp/lodge.
• Morning & Afternoon: Morning and afternoon game drives focusing on the Mara River crossing points, where the dramatic river crossings occur.
• Lunch: At the camp/lodge.
• Evening: Relax at the lodge with a bonfire and traditional Masai dance performances.
• Overnight: Mara Serena Safari Lodge or similar

Day 5: Masai Mara to Nairobi & Departure

• Afternoon: Arrive in Nairobi and enjoy last-minute shopping or visit to local markets.
• Evening: Transfer to JKIA for your international flight home.
• Early Morning: Final game drive.
• Breakfast: At the camp/lodge.
• Transfer: Drive back to Nairobi, with a lunch stop en route.
